You need to know Symfony and PHP and CSS.
This symfony cart Theme has transparent background and need to add CSS white background to about 6 - 8 files or spots that fit the theme. Sticky header remove a little padding for the view on phones.
On homepage dress up 2-3 things to make them nicer and larger and not so generic. If you have any designs skills that will make it look nicer rather than just enlarging links and changing colors in fonts.
There are two sections that are not dynamic which includes. One banner at the top and 4 banners at the bottom with titles. Site already has editor so if you were able to set these blocks that are editable that would be great.
Attendee back end panel add buttons , my dashboard, Browse events, My Tickets
Ticketing replicate the ticket button .and add it to the top by the calendar.
