Survey software / plug-in
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have a team of agents/users who do surveys for us in different regions in our country.
We need the following:
1) Each agent must be able to have his/her own login once created by admin using his/her own username and password.
2) The area/region/city/town where the survey was done must be inserted by the agent.
3) Name, Surname, Mobile, Email, Town/City and Social sec number of the person answering the survey questions must be inserted by the agent/user.
4) The agent/user must ask the user 10 questions and fill in the answers by typing in the answer or selecting the answer from the dropdown we created.
5) The info/answers must be saved to a database and we must be able to access the answers at any time from the back-end per agent/user and in total per area/region.
6) We must be able to change the questions and drop/down answers at any time.
7) Back-end reports must be available giving a summary of the results per city/town/region.
The agents/users will mostly use the above feature on mobile phones when approaching other people so it must be optimised for that use.
We can buy a plug-in to do the above but we want to preferably get something that we can customise ourselves as time goes. If you have such software which you previously developed or a plug-in that we can buy and can get the source code for, then please show us/send a demo.
