Surgery Referral

Project Description:
I am seeking a freelancer to assist with a surgery referral project in the cardiovascular field. I am open to working with any qualified surgeon who specializes in this area.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in cardiovascular surgery referrals
- Knowledge of different surgical procedures and their requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with surgeons and medical professionals
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and schedule the surgery within the next month

Functionality
1) Register Doctor
2) Register Hospital
3) Register Patient
4) Register Patient referral
5) Raise surgery requirement against a register patient
6) Doctors to cross reference to another doctor / hospital uploading required document
7) Receiving Doctor to accept the referrral or cross refer or refer back to referred doctor
8) Receiving doctor to update the progress and diagnosis on the system

There should be the tollowing role
1) Super Admin
2) Hospital Admin
3) Customer login
4) Doctors Login / Hospital Login

We require
1) Web Application
2) Android and Apple Application for all Roles
3) Application design document
