Support with reducing CPU resources usage

Hi. I have our website hosted by Siteground.
They sent us a message saying that our Hosting Plan Reached 80% Allowed Monthly CPU Seconds.
Once it reaches 100% they will make our website inaccessible. Success would look like reducing the CPU seconds so that I don't run out.

I inquired into this with siteground as I saw a jump on Nov 5 in pageviews but visitors didn't increase.
Siteground offered some data to support but I'm not sure what to do with it.
