Support remote connection from Ubuntu-Webserver to a MS SQL-Server (read/write, CRM JTL)

A connection to an MS SQL server should be established on a web server with PHP - e.g. with the PHP module "sqlsrv". A CRM (JTL-Wawi) runs on the MS SQL server. This data is to be accessed remotely for reading and writing. The web server is a virtual server on Ubuntu 20 with root access.
