Support and Improvement of Existing Airtable Travel Tour Accommodation Software

We have software based on AIRTABLE, which does the following:
Importing booking information from a hotel reservation system
planning for tours and activities
planning for clothes rental sizes
planning for food restrictions/information for kitchen
Sending emails to guests 6, 2 and 1 month and 30/15/10 days before arrival with different information (with custom information from the database)

We need someone to help us maintain and improve this software to make it easier for us.
