SuiteCRM Custom Module and Reporting Fix

I need a SuiteCRM expert to troubleshoot issues in my custom module and report data.
Details:
- I created a custom module and added all fields in the list view, but they're not showing up at list view.
- The reports are not displaying correct data. we try to get a data from custom module (fullname is relate to last_name in users module) but report is not showing last_name data
