Style a custom PHP mailer and save the form data to mailchimp

I have a form implemented in a PlayCanvas application.
This form sends an email (through a custom mailer) to both the user and the admin, right now it is not styled.
I need to style it according to company brand (header, logo, footer info), attach a screenshot (the screenshot function in playcanvas is already in place) and save the data to a mailchimp list.
