Stripe subscription setup walkthrough

I'm looking for someone very familiar with Stripe.
I'd like us to screenshare and for you to walk me through the state of my Stripe account and help me set up a working Checkout page to a subscription service I want to sell.
My issues:
I have a "System.io" badge on my Stripe profile picture when I'm logged into my Stripe account, and I don't know why or how to get rid of it.
I have a Stripe Checkout Page (hidden) on my Company Website....but can't find any record of this Check out page on my Stripe Account to edit it. This checkout page also states it's in "test mode".
My Goal:
Set up a stripe Check out Page on my Website for a subscription service I want to offer.
Better understand how my Stripe account works.
Can you help me with that in a 30 minute Zoom call?

To be clear:
As an existing business, I'm looking to get guidance on setting up a Stripe subscription. I'm looking to use an existing solution, so this project will solely focus on helping me setup the subscription. I don't need any maintenance or updates after the setup - just help getting it up and running.
