Stripe api

I have a project that requires the use of the Stripe API. I need the API to be used for chargeback processing. I already have a Stripe account set up and ready to go, so I only need the freelancer to write the necessary code and implement the payment processing. I am unsure what programming language I would prefer for this project, so I'm open to any suggestion. This project requires the necessary coding and implementation experience with the Stripe API, and I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to take it on.

The project is specific to chargebacks and getting the customer information related to a chargeback from google sheets back into stripe using their API/Zapier.
