Stripe Payment Integration with Booking System

Connect Stripe-Enabled PMS to Existing Site (5 room types, instant charge)
Project in a nutshell
We already have a React/TypeScript website with full property pages and a verified Stripe account.
Each room page has a Book Now button. We need those buttons to open a clean calendar/booking widget that:
• shows live availability for that room type
• lets guests pay the full amount immediately via our Stripe account
• emails the guest a confirmation containing a one-click cancel link (no login required)
• emails the owner a booking notice that includes a “personal reply” link
What you’ll do
1. Pick & configure a PMS / channel manager that supports:
– Stripe immediate capture (no delayed charge)
– 5 room types, with some having 2 identical units but showing as one listing to guests
– Embeddable widget or direct-link calendar for each room (so we can wire these to our existing buttons)
2. Set up the system
– Load our room names, photos, prices (assets supplied)
– Apply basic colour/font tweaks to match the main site
3. Email automation
– Guest confirmation with cancel link (free refund if they cancel)
– Owner notification with a pre-filled “personal reply” template link
4. Handover
– Send final embed URLs / code snippets
– 1-hour screenshare + short PDF guide: how to block dates, change prices, issue refunds in Stripe
Milestones
Milestone 1 (50 %) – PMS installed, rooms loaded, widget links working, PayPal/manual test bookings OK.
Milestone 2 (50 %) – Stripe live (our verified account linked), emails tested, embed links verified, hand-over complete.
Budget Fixed price (we’ll pay any PMS licence separately)
Timeline 48 hours from contract start

• Show at least one live Stripe-powered booking you set up (screenshot or URL).
• Name the PMS you propose and confirm it meets the requirements above.
• Quote a fixed price and your earliest start time.
