Stripe Payment Integration Specialist Needed

I'm seeking a highly competent developer with extensive experience in Stripe integration to enable customers to 'top-up' their digital balance on one of my websites.
Here's what you need to know:
You will have to create a Stripe integration on Website 1, the Stripe form on this site will somehow be embedded into Website 2 through an iframe or something else that you would believe would be more efficient for this, this is where the users details will be inputted. Once the users types in their details + the top up amount, this information should be transferred back to Website 1 where it processed through Stripe.
