Stripe-Integrated Custom Wear E-store

Job ID: 37677418

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I'm intending to create an e-commerce website with a minimalist design that concentrates on selling custom wear. Besides the primary function of showcasing and selling our bespoke clothing, the website needs to incorporate several key features:

- Inventory and Order Management: The platform should allow easy monitoring and administration of stock levels. Furthermore, it should facilitate efficient processing and tracking of orders.

- Customer Data Management: A sophisticated client information system is required, which can accumulate and systematically organise customer details.

- User Experience: An intuitive product search and filtering feature to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience. Plus, integration of a reliable shopping cart and user registration/login functionalities.

- Back-end Features: The inclusion of an XML generator and a comprehensible back-end setup for hassle-free site management.

Experienced candidates will have a strong background in web design and development, particularly with e-commerce platforms. Proficiency in Stripe payment integrations, XML programming, and expertise in developing user-friendly, minimalist design interfaces would be integral to carry out this project successfully.

The back end will need to allow the Admin to enter required id numbers for each style and product code required by the manufacturer, as well as a username and password that connects to the manufacturer's database via API. Here's a sample of the type of website we want to create: (link removed)

The site will use a responsive stock front end, with a custom backend that allows us to keep track of inventory and stock. The backend will also allow for our sales people to manage their customers and product sales.

Using a combination of php and or XML, we will need to generate vendor specific XML data that is passed to our product manufacturer. We currently have a WordPress plugin that does some of this, and we can make it available to the Coder as a reference, as we do not want to rely on WordPress for the current project.

The XML generator will need to be connected to point of sale. All our products will be added to the system as inventory using vendor provided product codes via the site admin.

The admin will also need to generate customer specific XML data from user based entries, including their name, address, and body measurements. The backend XML generator will be responsible for compiling the user generated data and product data into a single XML file that gets sent to the product manufacturer upon checkout.

Experience with this type of work is a must. The freelancer will be responsible for implementing the profile based system, which will allow each user to input and save their sizes and measurements on the site, which will be added to the XML file. Checkout process must be implemented with Stripe checkout and fully tested.

PSDs for user profile pages, including for sales agents, measurement pages, and website have been created and will need to be implemented by the coder. There are videos that assist the user in entering their sizes correctly. This must be implemented by Coder.
