Stripe Hosted Checkout Woocommerce Integration & Set Up -- 2

Hi all,
Feel Crystals and Jewellery is a small family business with an established brick and mortar store and growing Woocommerce store. We have 700 unique products, our ecom store has been up and running for about 10 years and we are looking to optimise our conversion rate through refining our checkout process.
After some research, I have decided to move to Stripe's hosted Prebuilt Checkout system (NOT the woocommerce plugin) and would love some help from a talented, reliable, responsive and experienced web developer located in Australia or NZ who has experience setting up the Stripe Hosted Checkout with Woocommerce.
I am after the implementation of the prebuilt Stripe Checkout as below:
