Stripe Connect Custom API Developement for WordPress

Hi, I'm looking to integrate stripe Connect API (https://stripe.com/connect) for a freelancer website built on Wordpress.
Currently the website flow works as follows:
Buyer submits payent via woocommerce
Payment goes into Admin account
Every seller has a wallet balance
Every seller can save payent account details like paypal/payoneer email address
Seller can at any time request payout of the amount in his wallet
The admin receives the request and will need to manually send the money to the seller
Please include the following word on the begining of the proposal to be considered "kangaroo"
I am looking to automate the process, so every seller can enter their stipe account login/api credentials and when the seller requests payout, it should automatically transfer the money via stripe to the sellers account.
I am looking for the correct freelancer for this and the hiring process will take some time. Please submit the proposal and it will be reviewed in the coming weeks.
