Stripe API Migration & Recurring Payment Integration for PHPPROBID
Budget: €8 – €200 EUR
I need to update the Stripe integration on my PHPProBid website. The site currently uses the deprecated Sources API, which is now causing non-card payments to fail.
In addition to fixing that, I want to add support for recurring payments, with the ability to toggle the feature ON or OFF from the admin panel.
Currently if I try to make stripe payment for non-card options like iDeal, SEPA I get the error: "The Sources API has reached end of life. In order to continue processing your non-card payments, you will need to migrate to the Payment Intents and Payment Methods API."
I will provide access to the script through azure Repo. You can make your changes and commit to the repo. Changes in the repo is automatically deployed to a test site setup for this work. Can also provide ftp and phpmyadmin access to the test site if needed.
Scope of Work:
1. Migrate from Sources API to Payment Intents and Payment Methods API
o Ensure non-card payment methods (e.g., SEPA, iDEAL) are supported and functional
2. Implement Recurring Payment Support
o Use Stripe Subscriptions to enable recurring billing (e.g., for listing fees, memberships, etc.)
o Must be integrated cleanly into PHPProBid's payment flow
3. Admin Toggle for Recurring Payments
o Add a setting in the admin of website to enable or disable recurring payments for phpprobid fees.
o When disabled, the system should fall back to one-time payments only
I am looking for somebody with experience with PHPProbid script and Stripe migration from Sources API to Payment Intents and Payment Methods API.
I will only consider bids that have answered the following questions.
