Streamline Monday.com Automations & Reports -- 2

I’ve built the bones of our Monday.com workspace, but the boards don’t quite talk to each other the way I imagined. Automations fire inconsistently, the reporting widgets don’t reflect real-time data, and the overall flow feels clunky instead of intuitive. I need a fresh set of expert eyes to:

• Audit the existing boards, columns, dependencies and integrations
• Re-engineer the key automations so items move, notify and update reliably
• Rebuild or fine-tune dashboards so metrics and charts refresh accurately and are easy to read at a glance

Acceptance criteria
– All critical automations trigger 100 % of the time during testing
– Dashboards pull from the correct boards without manual refreshes
– Workflow from item creation to completion can be explained in under two minutes

You’ll have full, temporary access to our workspace and I’ll be available to clarify any logic behind what’s already in place. Once the fixes are in, a brief hand-off call or loom video walking through the new setup will wrap things up. PLEASE KNOW THAT I WOULD LIKE A QUOTE AND NOT AN ADJUSTED AFTER QUOTE. I need each board to talk to each other with automation, put required fields when people fill it out as well as be able to generate actual detailed reports.
