I’m ready to replace repetitive copy-and-paste work with a streamlined marketing automation flow. All new lead data currently lands in Excel/Google Sheets and is entered by hand; I want that entire data-entry step automated so every contact record appears instantly and accurately in the sheet.
Scope
• Review my existing Google Sheets/Excel structure and the way leads arrive (website form, email platform, or other sources I’ll show you).
• Design a marketing-automation workflow that captures each lead, cleans basic fields, and inserts the record in the correct sheet and row—no manual touch.
• Build and connect the flow using a no-code/low-code platform such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Apps Script, or another tool you recommend.
• Create a functional prototype, iterate once based on my feedback, then deliver the final live workflow plus concise setup documentation so I can maintain it.
Acceptance criteria
– Every test lead populates the sheet within seconds, with duplicates prevented.
– Editable documentation lists all triggers, actions, and API/webhook links.
– No paid add-ons beyond the chosen automation platform unless cleared with me first.
