Strava Subscription to Caspio PHP integration

We would like to create a strava subscription that allows our athletes activities to be pushed from Strava to a caspio database once the athlete completes an activity.
The strava user account and app is already setup on our side. The outcome will require that all athlete activity data is posted to Caspio when the activity. Strava has an open API and webhook instructions to allow for this to take place, we just need the process followed and implemented.
