Strapi CMS custom plugin with Stripo API integration

I'm looking for someone who can help us make a Strapi custom plugin. The assumptions are super simple. We're gonna use a normal repository/article module for storing data, and then we need both frontend and backend, which will allow us to send updates to Stripo API (https://stripo.email/). It's a service for email templates management. Then, selected templates should be send to our both Iterable and Salesforce ExactTarget accounts (Node.js libraries to work with these APIs).

What's needed?
- Strapi custom plugin, frontend and backend, for creations management
- Integration with Stripo API, get data from Strapi and send to them (HTML template blocks)
- Integration with Iterable API
- Integration with Salesforce ExactTarget API
