Store's website for online orders

I want a website preferably by a *Pakistani* developer. This website should allow me to create listings for my store items. These items will be categorized. Each item will have specific attributes like color, size, etc. The items may have one or more than one picture. The user will choose the items and add them to the cart.
The user will have payment options like EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Payment via Debit/Credit Card, and COD. These payment options should be configurable.
The website should be created using PHP/MySQL - NO SHOPIFY - and the deliverable should be a zip file containing all the source code and the database MySQL script. The interface should be eye-catching and easy to use with proper administration back-end.
