Stocky Ultimate POS Custom Enhancements

I'm seeking a talented developer to add several new features to my Stocky Ultimate POS system. The primary focus will be on managing product expiry and manufacturing dates, implementing customizable discount and tax options, and adjusting the POS style and payment methods.
Key Requirements:
- Implement a system for managing product expiry and manufacturing dates
- Create a notification alert system for products expiring in 1 year and 6 months
- Develop a dedicated page for expiring products to be discounted
- Enable the product page to print and download via PDF and Excel
- Alter the POS style on the left sidebar to a new color
- Allow for renaming of payment methods and adding new ones
- Create a discount system based on both percentage and fixed price
- Label TAX as VAT on receipts with the option to default a certain percentage

Modification for Stock Ultimate POS,
What I need to modify is as follows
1- I need to add third option which is product expiry
2- product expiry should be notified and show on the dashboard.
3- product upload / import we need to be adjusted. Will provide upload template.
4- pos system style adjustment - we need to change the left sidebar color.
5- Tax - The receipt labels should be updated as VAT and it should be adjusted the VAT where we can defaulted percentage and add to the POS payment automatically.
6- We should have discount option as percentage and fixed price.
I need a serious developer who can finish this on time and budget.
Ideal candidates should be well-versed in POS systems, and have prior experience with Stocky Ultimate. Understanding of inventory management software and experience in developing custom software features will be highly advantageous. Please provide examples of similar projects you have completed in your proposal.
