I'm seeking a skilled web and app developer to create a stock tracking website and mobile application. The primary goal is to monetize this platform, which will provide users with a unique tool to track their stock investments.
Key Features:
- User Account System: The platform will require an advanced user account with full access, and an admin user for management.
- Data Input: Users should be able to enter a stock ticker, date of purchase, purchase price, and stop loss.
- Visual Tracking: A horizontal bar will display the price's journey: positive in green, negative in orange, and the original stop loss in red. Everything should be labeled in percentage.
- Stop Loss Functionality: Once the stop loss is hit, tracking will cease and the data will be displayed.
- Data Analysis: Another tab should allow users to view average progress, percentage of entries that stopped out, etc.
- External Data Source: Stock data will be pulled from Google Sheets or another free provider with open high, low, close data.
- Payment Integration: As this will be a subscription-based service, the site will need to have secure login options with payment facilities.
