Stock System Using Common Database/Cloud dashboard for 6 Websites
Budget: €100 – €1,500 EUR
We want to build centralised stock system where all our websites pull the stock data from same place. This means we will need cloud dashboard to view:
Supplier Stock Files (that we manually upload via csv/xls)
Supplier FTP's (which udpates different time intervals some hourly, some in live time etc)
Our own stock holding (that we manually upload via csv/xls but need to differnate form supplier stock above).
Alll the stock data then would need to feed into comon database in order for our unique websites to update stock from it. Each website has different product count but any product that is the same on a unique website would use same SKU. So product A with SKU 45FRG is on 4 of the 6 sites the SKU be 45FRG on them all.
The system would need to add the Same SKU together so that if we hold 4 of SKU 45FRG and Our Supplier has 50 of SKU 45FRG = 54 Available.
If there 4 available of a product and someone orders on Site A all other sites with same product would need of course to go 3 so they all in sync.
Will need to be able to export stock csv from backend from different sources of stock to enable us manual change own stock holdings from manual orders and re-import to udpate stock levels.
