Stock Inventory management system

I would like a stock management system to see what items are going out and what items are coming in using a barcode scanner 1. Adding items - title & picture and barcode number - scanning the item to enter how many of that item coming in. I will add items myself 2. Point of sale area. Scanning the barcode of items and and completing sale. (This should deduct stock quantity from item). No card payments needed. 3. inventory management - checking stock levels and low stock showing in colour red. 4. Viewing total sales - by day, month, year etc I would like to use excel if possible but not sure if it work for my requirements. I am happy to recieve advice what works best
