QR Sticker Web App Development -- 2

We are launching qr2sell.com, a web platform that allows users to paste a link to their online ad (e.g. Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace), generate a custom QR Code sticker, preview it, pay to download it as an A4 PDF, or request printed delivery.
The platform must include:
User registration & dashboard
QR Code generation
Design template selection (with preview)
Optional phone/email fields
Payment integration (Stripe + PayPal)
File delivery via email + user dashboard
Admin backoffice to manage templates, prices, formats
Initial target markets: USA, UK, Canada, Australia
We prefer clean, scalable code using PHP/Laravel or Node.js.
