I need a freelancer to help me (I am not a coder but I can give good explanations about current code, I was I coder 15 years ago) copy a code from a laravel TEST PAGE to a raw php file. The laravel test page is fully working to send a question to a openai assistant and receive the answer. I require the freelancer to follow my instructions closed, as we will go through a step-by-step process, exemplo.
First he will copy the integration code from laravel and add to a raw php file with static question set in code so we can be sure it is working, opening this file sending the question and receiving the answer.
Second we will add this code inside the php file, with still static question, and check if we get the answer.
Third, apply the varibles, etc. this is necessary because due to some reasons we cant create a development enviroment and the main php file is LIVE and kind of large 2000 lines.
