Staff Augmentation Team
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team or company to collaborate on a contract basis for our enterprise clients at truefirms.co. As a rapidly growing platform, we recognize the importance of a dedicated and skilled team to augment our existing capabilities. This opportunity requires the inclusion of a Project Manager and Quality Assurance professional in the team. Please note that this is a Staff Augmentation job and not a fixed-price engagement.
Team Composition:
A cohesive team with diverse skill sets.
Mandatory inclusion of a Project Manager to oversee project timelines, milestones, and overall coordination.
A dedicated Quality Assurance professional to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Expertise:
Proven experience in staff augmentation for enterprise-level projects.
Specialized skills in web development, software engineering, or related fields.
Familiarity with truefirms.co platform and its functionalities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with truefirms.co teams to understand project requirements.
Integrate seamlessly into our workflow and processes.
Provide expertise, support, and assistance as needed.
Work in tandem with our in-house teams to meet project objectives and timelines.
Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
Regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Terms and Conditions:
This is a contract-based position with a flexible duration depending on project requirements.
The selected team/company will work remotely but must be available for regular virtual meetings and check-ins.
Compensation will be negotiated based on the scope and complexity of the projects undertaken.
