Sportsbetting +EV software

I want to develop a software that can, based on personal calculations, compare 4-5 bookmakers, and find the events that have good betting opportunities (based on my calculations). The bookmakers that will require to collect data are bet365, pinnacle, betfair (sportsbook), dafabet, WilliamHill. The software must allow the operator to select in which bookmaker the bets will be settled in order to run the calculations. For example, If I want to bet on bet365, the software must be able to run the calcs with the data if all the other 4 bookmakers and compare the results with the given odds off markets available in both bookmakers selected. The software must be able to scrap data from all sports available in all 4-5 bookmakers, as long as markets analysed must be available in all the bookmakers marked to run the calculations. Regarding the bookmakers, the ones that can’t miss are bet365 and pinnacle.
