Sports Ground Booking feature on a wordpress website

I am looking for a skilled website developer to help me add a sports ground booking feature to a wordpress website. Specifically, the site needs to:
- Incorporate an online booking system
- user must be given an option to select sport (Cricket/Volleyball)
- select ground(left turf/right turf)
-choose timeslot(timeslot of 1 hour)
- user account where he can manage his bookings. login with otp
I am open to use a paid plugin if it will help fast track the work.
