Sports Data Integration for Betting Platform

I need someone skilled in API integration particularly with the incorporation of a sports data API to my existing betting script platform.
I bought BetLab platform
But the way for setting the games which the users will be able to bet is all manual, which makes it completely useless to me, so I need someone who is good in PHP and Laravel to integrate an API provider to automatically creates the games on the platform for me.

Here are the requirements:
- It should be customizable on the admin panel which tournaments I would like to enable/disable
- Inside a tournament, It should be customizable on the admin panel which games I would like to enable/disable
- Inside a game that is inside a tournament, It should be customizable on the admin panel which bets I would like to enable/disable
- The API provider needs to automatically lists all pre-match odds for the games/tournaments I choose
- The API provider needs to automatically lists all live odds for the games/tournaments I choose
- It should be easy to use on the admin panel without having to code anything, just point and click
- A plethora of experience in similar works and a good understanding of betting platforms would be preferable.
