Q: 1) As you have mentioned that this will be an online teaching website. Do you have any reference platforms which you can share with me for a better understanding of the project?
A: 1) I didn't say that it is "an online teaching website". I said it's an Online Private Lessons BOOKING System only on a SaaS model. and I asked that u research and find similar sites & send me (so I see if you understood the requirements)
Q: 2) If you can provide any requirement specification document for the project it will be great so I can understand the functionalities and features for the project.
A: 2) without I see that you have done your do diligence, I won't... (+NDA) but yes I've all documents ready.
Q: 3) What will be the subscriptions plan for the students? Will these be static plans? Or can be updated from the admin panel? Can the admin add a new plan?
A: 3) No subscription plan for the students - just the centres and they will allow the students to select, book, Pay & receive certificate on the App ONLY (no further interactions). & Yes Centres can add & remove or put offers on new plans.
Q: 4) What payment gateway we will be using for the payment? Who will get the payment first? Teachers will be paid on a monthly basis or daily basis?
A: 4) "STRIPE" As a SaaS model to CENTRES (the teachers are out of the payment structure). Me/the WebAPP will get the payment first. Then the students will book courses & pay their COST on the APP to the Centres.
Q: 5) How many students can be a part of the class for one teacher? Will there be an exam module as well on the platform?
A: 5) Private - Group (it's an irrelevant question. because there will be NO attendance online - the App targets centres that have only physical attendance)
Q: 6) If do we need to integrate Video conferencing functionality into the platform then, What should be the features of video conferencing for the teacher?
A: 6) No Video integrating for learning (maybe a promo only/centre)

A: 7) You should figure out yourself the answer of this question. It's a simple as (add courses & cost & time. View & approve bookings. Attendance. issue certificates PDF)
