Speed Up Laravel PHP Web Application

I'm experiencing issues with my web app.
It's developed in Laravel PHP, and it's just not performing as well as it should.

My website only <50CU
But some time it slow while CPU, Memory free 90%
I not found any slow MYSQL slow log query

About 1 minute it has a slow request, I log all slow < 10 second to a file!
