Speed Up Flutter eCommerce App

My application's homepage features a section page that takes a lot of time to load. I need to fix it so that it loads within 1 or 2 seconds.
The server is hosted on AWS.
The APK is developed in Flutter.
The backend is built on CodeIgniter 3
