Spare parts online shop with Tecdoc or alternatives

I'm currently working on my online shop.
we use the shop system ''Opencart 2.3.0.2''
We have added an extension https://wpteam.net/product/tecdoc-extension-for-opencart-cms-v-3-2-5-download/. Unfortunately it doesn't work quite right.
I received CSV files from my business partner Autopartner that are updated daily, which also have to be inserted.
