Source Code for a Rewarding App

Hello!
I am looking for someone who can build me an Android rewarding app. Users can complete different offers and surveys to receive points. After collecting enough points, points can be redeemed for gift cards.
Please don't copy designs and layouts from other apps that can be bought instantly with the source code.
It would be great, if you could make the admin panel, where the admin can see all the happenings like when someone redeem the reward, ban users, etc...
I also need some ad networks and watch videos for points options. The app should have all other stuff, like register/log in, privacy policy, contact us, etc...
