Someone with solid knowledge of PHP and MySQL who can extract an error code

I'm looking for someone with expertise in PHP and MySQL. I have a small database (around 30 rows) where data is stored. I've added a new column myself and included the necessary code in the web page. Unfortunately, I'm now facing a few error messages.
