Someone to finish my LAravel > Php site conversion after last dev ripped me off

Hi, i paid the last developer lots of money to do my site, he 2/3 did it creating it and most things work, then wanted more money so i sent it to finish then he just dissapeard and never heard from him for quoite a few months and i want it completed.
Basically its a private task site i use for my work.
I add the customer, then create the job and it shows in a calendar job list.
Most of it is done and working but some still need fixing.
