Somehow products are not displayed in the product categories list.

I am using WP all import to import products from XML source. Only some of the products are showing in the product category list.

If I create new product from scratch it is displayed OK - https://koduaed.balticagro.ee/tooted/
Some of the imported products are displayed also OK - https://koduaed.balticagro.ee/tootekategooria/taimekaitse/

But most of the products are not displayed in the list, although they are visible - https://koduaed.balticagro.ee/product/lilleseemnesegu-tempokas-oitemeri/

I've tried everything
updating permalinks
all products are visible in catalogue
etc etc...

Nothing seems to help, there is some magic with the products I can't figure out.
