Some basic HTML work to make things look correct.. No php or stuff like that needs done at this time. Just looking to make changes to the html to make it look better, including tables for the form fields, PayPal if selected changes the form fields to include forms required by paypal. And some other changes so I can build the rest ... This is all test / beta so far.. Also add keywords such as Locate People, LLC and some keywords to the main index page as it has frames. Also some cleanup in the form tags as some may need adjusted. This should not be a large job. This should take around 1-2 hours so please be fair with your quotes.. Please ignore the php/ perl program at the bottom on some pages in red. Most of this will be HTML and some JavaScript..
