Some Changes to be done in Web and Mobile Side of a Ready-to-Use Marketplace Script

I am looking for a Low Cost Freelancer to do some features modifications on Ready-to-Use Multi-Vendor Marketplace Script.
The Script is build under PHP Laravel and comes with its own Mobile Apps build under Flutter.
The work does not present any complexity.
I am waiting for your best proposals, FOR WEB AND MOBILE SIDE CHANGES (IOS AND ANDROID).

To resume :
The Script is well structured, the logic of the system is present, the database is functional, all the Codes are present,
only need some modifications in Frontend (Web based side) and these modifications must also be affected/visible in Mobile Apps.
All changes made in the Web Side, precisely to the Main Site, Admin Panel, Seller Panel, Customer Panel and in the Seller
and Customer Mobile Apps (IOS, Android both) must be equal between them and error free.

On Web Based Side we have :
1. Frontend Web Site
2. Admin Panel
3. Seller Panel
4. User Panel is visible in Frontend after "Sign in"

On Mobile Side we have :
5. User App (Android + IOS)
6. Seller App (Android + IOS)
7. Delivery Man App (Android + IOS)
