Solve mobile usability error and google indexing on my site

My site www.experiencesol.com, has mobile usability issue thus google and Alex not showing my indexed, I want a Wordpress expert and google expert- please check my issues and read it before applying- I will take the expert on google meet and he will guide my personal to solve it- I will not give my website credentials
