Solution for downloading videos from ADULT premium/paid websites (JDownloader Plugin preferred, but open to ideas)

In short. I'm subscribed (have a paid account) in multiple adult video websites that have thousands of videos that I am trying to download.
I'd like to automate this process of download, instead of having to copy-paste download links into my download managers, or click "download" on each video.
I already am using JDownloader 2 which is an excellent open-source download manager that supports custom scripts and plugins. It does not have plugins for the websites I'm subscribed to, but it has the capabilities to scour/scrape the websites I want, log in, and automate the process of downloading the videos I want. It just needs a custom plugin.
Each video page on my websites has multiple qualities/resolutions. I only want to download the highest quality and dismiss the rest. Also, the download links for these videos expire with time. The problem is that I queue many downloads. So it takes hours to get to one of the downloads in my queue. And when the download is about to start, it fails because of expired links. So I have to manually refresh/renew the link (go to the website, find the video, copy the download address, and paste it in the download manager. I do this for each file separately). JDownloader 2 plugins can fix this problem, they can check if the link is still valid before starting it, and would replace it with a working link if it's expired.
I also want to avoid downloading duplicate files (downloading the same video twice). JD2 helps me with that, as it detects dupes and warns me before adding the download.
You guys are free to suggest any solution you find, but I do prefer a JDownloader 2 plugin. If you saw something more convenient, or something that does the job, don't hesitate to propose it. I'm open to ideas.
