Solana Blockchain Admin Panel Development

Hi,
I am looking for a professional developer/programmer to build an Admin Panel for my completed project.
The frontend, backend, and user dashboard are already fully developed. Only the Admin Panel is missing.

Here’s what I need in the Admin Panel:

View, edit, and manage all user accounts

Approve or reject withdrawal requests

Approve or reject investment submissions

Monitor live wallet transactions (investments, withdrawals)

Admin notes per user

Bulk actions (bulk approve, reject, delete users)

Real-time profit calculation and updating

Ability to manually adjust user balances

Create announcements to be displayed in user dashboards

Support ticket management (view, reply, close tickets)

Track referrals and commissions

Setup auto-email notifications (investment confirmation, withdrawal approval)

Website CMS to update FAQ, About Us, etc. easily

Ability to enable/disable maintenance mode

Secure Admin Login with 2FA preferred

Admin activity logs (what action was taken and when)

Tech Stack:

The website is Solana blockchain-based (users log in with Phantom wallet)

Frontend uses ReactJS

Backend uses NodeJS and MongoDB

I want the Admin Panel to be clean, responsive, fast, and match the existing theme and design of the project.

Important:

Full source code needs to be provided after completion

Clean and commented code

Deployment on server if needed (you can guide my developer)
