I am looking for a software solution to help coordinate my remote administrator business. I need a tool that will assist with task assignment and tracking, document management and organization, and also provide access to the latest in AI and automation tools within the office. Preferably, the software should provide only admin access, and be suitable for 1-10 employees. Ultimately, I want to streamline my admin processes, so that my staff can work remotely. I would like a system that allows multiple employees to login and work within the program. A system that will enable us to assign and track tasks, paying the employee per task, manage documents efficiently, and access AI and automation tools to boost productivity for our administrators.
