Raj Consultants ( rajedu.com ) is an US specific Overseas Education Consultants based at Hyderabad and we have been in the Business for more than 3 decades. We are tied up with more than 100+ Universities in the USA. We are more into the B2B segment i.e the applications are sourced through Agents and Co Consultants who do not have agreements with Universities. These sub agents will be sending applications to us and in turn we will submit them to the prescribed universities in USA…. And we will be coordinating both with the universities and sub agents on these application statuses ….. once the university accepts the admission and issues the admit letter to the student…. Students will then appear for a VISA interview and if successful in getting the VISA, the sub agent will inform us the same and we will claim commission from that university for that student by submitting an invoice to the university…. University will pay us commission as per the agreement and in turn we will share the same with the sub agent on an agreed percentage basis. This is the overall business process…..
We are looking for an end-end software solution for all our operational modules like … University Acquisition module, New Sub Agents Acquisition module and complete University application process…. University commission invoicing module and Sub Agent payment module into our application. We got software done in PHP and SQL a few years back. Now we wish to redo this as older versions of PHP are not supported by the hosting services and to have better look and functionality on the front end.
To give an understanding of the size of the project - Last Version took 3 months for 2 programmers and a team lead.
Though a small one - even our website looks old fashioned and needs to be redone on contemporary standards.
