Software Clone - Multi vendor Ecommerce with Generation Plan and Binary Compensation Plan

I am not looking for a person to create a software from scratch. There are similar digital platforms that are clones of what I need. There are already being sold on the market, I need someone who has access to Multi vendor e-commerce that has multi-level Level digital Platforms.
I need a digital platform that does the following:
1. Multi-vendor e-commerce - unlimited buyers and sellers registration.
2. e-commerce must have app
3. i need my platform to offer different types of Multi-level compensation to allow me to select which options I want. I want it to offer me two options which admin can select from:
• Generation Plan which is based completely on product selling and profit-sharing of the marketing business. I will have more than two legs.
• Binary Compensation plan
4. It should have a admin panel that allows:
• me to control over the e-commerce, create new category and subcategories and give discounts / promotions and oversee buyer and seller transactions. Must have a admin buyer and seller dispute.
• allow me to add additional admin with certain rights
• allow me to customize multi level binary plan. to allow me to customize compensation levels based on each individual in each level or on the same level.
• for members of the binary to enter their bank account information so there can be direct deposit. admin can give each binary member certain level access to certain sells or all sells so they can see transactions history of e-commerce.
5. Generation Plan or the Binary Compensation map templates, so i can either choose from a template or create my own. Generation plan or Binary tree should be so that pictures or logo of the individual shows on the multi-level.
6. each member of the generation or binary, may use desk top pc or an app to keep track of their profits and admin can control the level of access to each individual plan member.

9. must have a easy to use e-commerce portal to help new individual who are not well educated to upload their product to sell it.
