Society Management System with Online Payments

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create an e-commerce website for a society management system. The website should have online payment integration.
Key Features:
- Online payment integration: The system should allow for online payments for society-related expenses, such as maintenance fees, event tickets, etc.
After the website is launched, I'd like for you as a freelancer to manage its content.
Mobile responsiveness is not a priority, so the website does not need to be fully responsive. However, I do want it to be functional and user-friendly on desktops.
Ideal Skills:
