Socialization platform with videoconferrence

I own a jitsi soft rebranded, autoscalled. I want to create a sociLization platform with registsrd users, profiles, posts and the user to be able to organise events - online conferences. A search inside soft, comments, likes and follow needed. Language selection, notification. The platform have to be integrated with payment method for: adjustable fees for organizing events/hour/participant, advertising events and posts, google adsense integration. Mailing and billing automatization. I'd like to see a similar project already finished and accept a ready made platform if it is reliable. I need a quote and estimated time for doing the job.
