Social network with membership / private message / badges / Rating stars

Hello everybody,

I need to add to my existing wordpress website a social network option :

Nice and design account page with badge and rating star
Possibility of private message for high rank members
Possibility to add badges for some users, manually or automatcs
And a nice membership page choice option.

Plugin or code, wisp me with your ideas time and budget.
